IRIScan Mouse - Why doesn't it work on Mac?

The software is not compatible with macOS 10.15 and above and is end of life.
For previous macOS versions completely uninstall your current version of the IRIScan Mouse application as described here.
Download the latest version of the application from www.irislink.com/softwaredownload.
