The IRIScan Mouse application generates the following output formats:

• JPG. Can be opened in Paint, Photo Viewer, etc. No OCR is done.
• DOC. Can be opened in Word, Pages, etc.

Note that the recognized text is placed inside text boxes when you choose DOC as output format.

• PDF. Can be opened in Adobe Reader, Acrobat, etc.
• TEXT. Can be opened in Notepad or any other text editor.
• XLS. Can be opened in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheets.
• PNG. Can be opened in Paint, Photo Viewer, etc. No OCR is done.
