If you are not getting the results you expect with Word or Excel output, then you will need to inspect and change the way the program is interpreting content. This is done by viewing and adjusting the zoning the contents of your document.
Common issues include text as part of a picture than cannot be separated or table layout treated as text instead of a table.
- To change click on the Zone tool which is the fourth button down on the left toolbar.
- Slide the switch to the on position.
- You can then click on the document or the items to the left and change the treatment in the right panel.
- The Zones can be resized to omit or include content, content type changed or deleted.
- When complete process to an Output file.

Ich benutze Readiris seit V16. V17 läuft nicht mehr unter MacOS 27. Daher habe ich das neue Readiris PDF 27 gekauft. Aber es ist für mich unbrauchbar:
1. Ich kann nicht mehrere Bereiche gleichzeitig markieren und löschen (z.B. alle als Bild erkannte)
2. Ich kann die Reihenfolge der Textbereiche nicht mehr selbst bestimmen (z.B. bei mehrseitigen Scans aus Zeitungen)
3. Die Farben der Bereiche für Bild, Tabelle und Text sind zu ähnlich (früher orange, blau, grün)
4. Es gibt keinen Export für .txt oder .rtf mehr.
5. Der Word-Export liefert chaotisch getrennte Textblöcke.
Readiris 17 hat mir sehr gut gefallen; wird es für MacOS 27 upgedatet?
