Can I cancel or modify my order ?

IRIS offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. Once orders are picked, they can no longer be cancelled right away.

Visit the return section for instructions on how to cancel an order that has already been picked.

If you order has not been picked yet, submit a ticket to modify your order.
