I bought a Physical product from IRIS, how do I return or exchange it?

To return or exchange a physical product (scanner or hardware), you must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from our team. Please follow the guidelines below based on your situation:

  • ⏱️ 30-Day Refund Policy: If you are within 30 days of your purchase, you can return your physical product for a refund. The item must be complete and in its original packaging. Use the Cancellation & Refund Form.
  • 🛠️ Defective Hardware (Warranty): If your scanner is faulty, you are covered by a 2-year warranty (1 year for US/Canada). Use the Defective Hardware Form to request an exchange.
  • 💻 Software / Downloaded Products: You no longer need to fill out a paper "Letter of Destruction". Simply use the Cancellation & Refund Form and check the digital Declaration of Honor box.
  • 📦 Next Steps: Once you submit the correct form, our team will review your request within 24 to 48 business hours. We will then provide you with the official RMA number and the return shipping address if eligible. Please do not ship any product back to us before receiving these instructions.
