- In order to return a downloaded product, you need to receive a Return Material Authorization number (RMA #) and fill in a Letter of Destruction (US/Canada - Rest of world). An RMA # is mandatory to get a refund.
- The RMA number allows IRIS to register and process your request as quickly as possible.
- If you are within 30 days of your purchase, contact us to receive your RMA # and upload your letter of Destruction.
