Windows Installation

After installation, verify the following Windows settings. Also check if your antivirus software is blocking camera access.

✅ Enable Camera Access for Scanning

1. Go to Start ► Settings ► Privacy ► Camera
2. Ensure “Let apps use my camera hardware” is turned On.
3. Scroll down to “Allow desktop apps to access your camera” and switch it On.

Optional – TWAIN Driver

macOS Installation

After installation, you must enable the following permissions:

Go to System Settings ► Privacy & Security, then allow:

• Camera
• Full Disk Access

After enabling Camera access, click the < arrow at the top left to return to Privacy & Security, where you can activate Full Disk Access.

If the app does not appear in the list, click the + button and add it manually from the Applications folder.
